I usually make a homemade bbq sauce or marinate my chicken in italian dressing. I would love to try some different marinades though. I am getting tired of bbq and italian. keshakeke@aol.com

I don't have a marinade recipe, I just use Italian salad dressing to marinade my chicken. It works well!

We usually use these Indian premade packets made by Shaan. All the spices are there, you just need to add ginger and garlic paste!

We like to marinate our chicken in spicy steak splash sauce that we buy from a local store. It's a little pricy, but so delicious.

Depends on the type of meat I'm cooking. A basic marinade I make is olive oil, crushed garlic, pepper, onion powder and steak spice

I usually do a rub with many spices and herbs. Then when the meat is almost cooked I use BBQ sauce on top to coat and caramelize

Hey Cindy,
I usually like a sweet and spicy marinade. Sometimes I take a bottled one and doctor it or I make my own (usually).
