Meal Plan Sunday~ December 2, 2012

Happy Sunday!

Can you believe it's December already?? Only 23 days until Christmas and I've a feeling that it will pass by quickly. I fell like I've so much to do, but really not motivation to get it done. I still need to finish decorating, so I'm hoping to get that done this week. Then I need to get started on my Christmas baking. I did make 7 Layer Brownie Bars this weekend, so keep an eye out for that post soon.


 I haven't really thought of my meal plan this week. I am at a point where I feel I've lost all intrest in planning my dinners. BUT I know if I don't plan them, we'll be eating very poorly and I do not want that to happen. I think it has in part to do with the fact that Queenie has become the pickiest 4 yr old ever. This girl would live on hot dogs, eggs, toast, pancakes and raw veggies and dip, if I let her. I can not remember if I went through this with Mr.B. Maybe we did and I just erased it from my memory, LOL. Meal time has become very trying and with all that needs to be done for Christmas, I just don't want or have to the energy to battle over dinner. That being said, this is what I 'think' I'll be making this week

  • Homemade pizza, veggies and dip
  • roast beef, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cheese sauce, and Yorkshire puddings
  • Apple Cornbread Stuffed Pork Tenderloin (new recipe) with roast potatoes and butternut squash (from last week)
  • Hot Beef sandwiches with peas
  • Copy Cat Olive Garden Chicken and Gnocchi Soup (from last week)
  • eggs benedict with fruit salad
  • leftovers
