What's for Eats? March 10, 2013

Happy Sunday!

Did you remember to turn your clocks forward? I'm not sure if it's the time change, but I hardly slept a wink last night! The kids are on Spring Break this week and Hubby and I are celebrating our 11th Wedding Anniversary on the 12th. So, we have a bit of celebrating to do! Another exciting thing is that I am officially a Pampered Chef Canada consultant!! I love their products and I love cooking, so this venture was a no brainer for me. Start up has proved to be a tad more difficult, than anticipated, but no business is ever an instant success. I'm hoping to steadily increase my Cooking Show bookings and Facebook parties as time goes by.

My parents are also coming to visit this week. We haven't see them since October, so their visit is LONG overdue. I'm glad Mom will be staying for a week or so, so I'll have someone to help me with Queenie's 5th birthday party preparations. Hoping the snow melts this week and we can clear off the grill for a few dinners. Here is my plan for the week

  • Fettuccine with Lemon Shrimp (new recipe) and Asparagus
  • Pot roast (pork roast with potatoes and carrots)
  • Extra Blueberry Pancakes and fruit salad

  • Rosemary Thyme Chicken and potatoes with broccoli
