What's for Eats? March 3, 2013

Happy Sunday!!

18 days until Spring and it's snowing here again in Ontario. Though this winter has been very good to us, I must say I'm ready for grass, flowers, birds chirping and warmer weather. The first day of Spring also happens to be Queenie's birthday and she will be turning 5 this year. Where has the time gone?!? The kids are growing so quickly and I'm getting mixed emotions about it. On one hand, they can help around the house more and are more independent. On the other hand I know that they will never be this little again and that I should cherish every moment of it. Hard to do when I feel like I already have too much on my plate.

This week will be another busy week for me. As some of you may know, I've recently become a Pampered Chef Consultant, here in Canada and Wednesday night is my first team meeting. I am nervous, but anxious all in one. I can't wait to talk with my team leaders, see the new Spring products and brainstorm. Then the kids have dentist appointments and Hubby is working crazy hours. That's when meal planning comes in handy!! Here is my plan for this week
