What's for Eats? June 2nd, 2013 & Bloggers Wanted!!!

Happy Sunday!

I totally missed out on posting our meal plan last week, mostly because I didn't have anything planned. I messed up my neck and shoulder somehow, two weeks ago, so the last thing on my mind was cooking. I was focusing on making it through to the kids bedtime, so I could take my muscle relaxers and be done for the day. Hubby was an amazing help and after a Dr's appt and a prescribed therapeutic massage, I am feeling SO MUCH BETTER!! So I'm back in the saddle again!

This week is going to be a busy one. I'm trying to get June and July going for my business, so we can enjoy our vacation next month, without me stressing out. That along with my volunteering at school, the school fun fair and more Dr's appts, I should be keeping out of trouble, LOL. So, here is what I have planned for the week.

  • Steak Tostadas with homemade salsa
  • Broiled fish with rice and asparagus
  • Pierogies with Italian Sausages, onions and peppers
  • Burgers, Hot dogs, cotton candy, popcorn at the Fun Fair
  • Pork Picata with pasta and a salad
  • Veggie and cheese omelets with toast and fruit
  • leftovers
