It's the most wonderful time of the year! Ok, admit it.... you totally sang that in your head! School starts Tuesday and I couldn't me more excited! Don't get me wrong, I love my kids more than I love life itself, but having them with me 12 hrs of the day, asking for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner, for snacks, telling me they're bored, the arguing..... these are all the things I will not miss, once they're in school again. I'll be able to do my housework, without the house being a mess 10 minutes after I'm done. I'll be able to make phone calls and run errands without having to remind the kids to be quiet, be polite, stop fighting. I am really looking forward to having a routine again; even though it'll be a big change from last year.
We've been able to cross many things off our bucket list this summer and now it's time to get back to our routine, schedule and meal planning. I'm hoping that with a more structured schedule and less interruptions in the kitchen, I'll get inspired in the kitchen again. This week though, I'm going for quick and easy, to make the transition a bit more easy, LOL. I'm bringing a few meals over from last week, since I just didn't get to the market, to get ingredients needed to make them.

- Chicken Parmesan Meatball Subs with salad
- Family-size Cheeseburger and Fries (new Pampered Chef recipe)
- Black Bean & Veggie Quesadillas
- Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta with Chicken & Artichoke Flatbread
