Thanks for the invite! I'm sharing 2 easy posts today. The first is a three-fer recipe: Hoisin Sesame Swai with Hoisin-roasted radishes and Asian beet greens. It comes together pretty quickly, uses in season ingredients, and tastes terrific.
The second recipe is an easy alternate for St Patrick's day fare: Guinness-braised Brats with Broccoli topped baked potatoes.
