I'm glad to link up tonight!
I've got a waffle recipe, but don't let the yeast scare ya--it's for people like me who aren't always awake when the rest of the family want to eat breakfast. Doing all the measuring & mixing the night before (or in the morning, if you're having Breakfast for Dinner) means that I don't have to concentrate on dinner and on my first cup of tea (or helping my kids with their homework before dinner) I added shredded farm share carrots to my waffles for an Easter twist.
Since it's Grilled Cheese month I've been playing around with sandwich ideas, and here's one with leeks, tomato jam and country ham. Yum!
Finally, I threw some radishes on a pizza, added cheese, and it was pretty good. If you've got radishes--you need to try this.
Thanks for hosting!
