Shrimp & Crab Stuffed Shells with Roast Garlic Cream Sauce

Shrimp and crab are mixed with a blend of cheeses, then stuffed into tender pasta shells. Slathered with a roast garlic cream sauce, it's stuffed pasta nirvana.

Great Cream Challenge Stuffed Pasta entry- Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Shells

Sounds pretty darn tasty right? Oh they were! Hubby and I LOVED stuffed pastas and I'm always trying to think of new ways to jazz them up. When I was approached by 100% Canadian Milk, to take part in their Great Cream Challenge this year, I was super excited. I had been voting for my favourite Canadian recipes in the challenge last year. To be a part of it this year, is a total honour!

Each year, a bunch of Canadian bloggers are asked to participate in the Great Cream Challenge and to create delicious recipes using Canadian dairy products and most of all cream. The public gets to pick their favourites each month, by voting. Pretty fun right?

These stuffed shells are my entry for the Stuffed Pasta Challenge, this month. You can head over to the Great Cream Challenge and check out my Stuffed Shells, even give them a vote, if they catch your fancy. Feel free to grab the recipe, while you're there; these would make a wonderful Mother's Day dinner, for Moms everywhere.

You don't need to live near the coast to make these. Sure fresh shrimp and crab would totally rock in these stuffed shells, but I just used canned crab and frozen shrimp. I'm all about great taste, with what I have on hand. And who wouldn't love a roasted garlic cream sauce???

So, go on over and give my recipe a vote. You'll even be entered in on the fun, by being entered to win an Ultimate Blender. Walk, don't run! Go on over to check out my recipe and the other super delicious stuffed pasta recipes competing this month!
