Thanks for hosting. I am bringing a Greek Quiche to the party. It's got feta, kalamata olives, sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes. While it definitely takes more than 5 minutes to make, you can prepare most of it ahead of time, so after a long day, all you need to do is toss it in the oven.
