What's for Eats? Sunday December 14, 2014

Meal planning is a great way to save money on groceries and you won't be standing in front of the fridge at 4pm, wondering what to make!

Happy Sunday!! I can't believe there is less than 2 weeks before Christmas! I have to say that we are pretty much done Christmas shopping. We only have a few more gifts to buy. Much better then past years, LOL. This week should be exciting, with Holiday Showcases at school and end of the week Christmas parties as well. I've been invited to Queenie's class party, since I will be starting to help students in her class with reading, in January. I have super cute and healthy party treats planned, so stay tuned for those!

Other than that, we don't really have anything else planned for the week. I would like to go check out all the houses in our area, that are decked out to the nines with Christmas lights. We always load up the kids and stop at Tim Horton's for hot chocolate and Timbits, then drive around to find the houses with the best Christmas lights. The kids LOVE it!!

Here is my meal plan for the week. I'm bringing a few things over, that I didn't get to last week.

Hun... What's for Dinner? Roast Chicken and Cauliflower

Hun... What's for Dinner? Taco Perogie Casserole

  • leftovers
  • Omelettes (broccoli, ham, cheese) with toast and fresh fruit
