Meal planning is a great way to save money on groceries and you won't be standing in front of the fridge at 4pm, wondering what to make!

Happy Sunday! Well our first week back to school, after Christmas break was a cold one. Temperatures dipped way below freezing which gave us an extra day of vacation, last Monday. The remainder of the week warmed up enough so that the kids didn't have to stay in for recess. I still think it's too cold, LOL.
Hubby is off most of the week, this week, which is perfect because I think I'm finally catching the bug the rest of the family has. Even with all the echinacea, extra fluids and vitamins I've been taking, it finally latched on. Hoping it goes quickly.
My nephew is visiting from Alberta for a few weeks! We haven't seen him since last Christmas, so it's nice to have him around for a little while.
Here is what I have planned for dinner this week (I've brought over a few dishes I didn't get to this week)
