Meal planning is a great way to save money on groceries and you won't be standing in front of the fridge at 4pm, wondering what to make!

This weekend was beyond crazy. We left late Friday night (or early Saturday morning) and headed to my Mother in Law's house in the U.S. Saturday was our niece's 1st birthday and they were celebrating at the zoo. It was so much fun to see the animals in a winter setting and we got to have animal demonstrations with a turtle, blue tongue skink and a chinchilla. Mr.B soon told us he wasn't feeling well, so he and hubby headed back to MIL's house to rest. By that night, Queenie was stomach sick and spent an awful night. We came home late last night and I haven't had one moment to get online to post my meal plan.
This week is going to be hectic again. (Boy I can't wait for March Break next week!) I will be helping at school Tues and Wed and Thursday is Mr.B's class Medieval Feast, which I will also be helping at. My parents arrive Thursday, since I am going for surgery on Friday. I am exhausted just thinking about it! That being said, I am planning super simple recipes this week.
- Pancakes with fresh fruit salad
- Chicken Parmesan Soup (it's a Pampered Chef recipe)
- Asian Turkey Lettuce Cups (new recipe)
- Mini meatloaves with roast veggies (potatoes, carrot, cauliflower and broccoli)
I am sharing my meal plan over at OrgJunkie.com
