Meal planning is a great way to save money on groceries and you won't be standing in front of the fridge at 4pm, wondering what to make!

Happy Sunday!!! Queenie had a friend sleep over last night, and I'm waiting for the water to boil so I can make myself a tea and wake myself up enough to make breakfast. It's going to be a rainy week, so I see a lot of pent up energy from the kids in the future. We have our school's end of the year carnival on Thursday, so I'm hoping the weather clears for that. Hubby has worked so hard to make this event even better than last year and it would be a shame for rain to ruin it.
Other than the school carnival, I will be a hectic week with Mr.B having a doctors appointment to make sure his double ear infection is completely gone, a volunteer luncheon at school for all parents who volunteer during the year, hot dog day on Wednesday, the carnival and our small version of the Pan Am games on Friday. You'd think with the end of the school year so close, things would be quieting down, but it seems to be the opposite! Two more weeks, then we can relax. Here is what I have planned for this busy week
- Spaghetti and Meatballs with a Caesar salad
- Out for dinner since Hubby is off
- Crispy Asparagus Stuffed Sole with rice pilaf
- Food at the carnival- pizza, snow cones, stuffed crepes, cotton candy
- Grilled chicken sandwiches (new recipe) with Tex Mex Pasta Salad
