Meal planning is a great way to save money on groceries and you won't be standing in front of the fridge at 4pm, wondering what to make!

This week is going to be extremely busy. I am accompanying Queenie's class to the Science Center on Tuesday and have been asked to accompany a grade 2 class to the zoo on Wednesday. On Thursday I have a small TV appearance on a local daily talk show. I'll be cooking and talking about blogging. I'm a little nervous, since this is my first TV appearance.
Since the week will be so busy, I'll be using my crock pot to make sure dinner is on the table. I love that I can get it ready in the morning and when I come home, it's ready to go. Here is what I have planned for the week
- Grilled Chicken Under a Brick, with stuffed grilled portobellos and corn on the cob
- Meatballs and Sauce for meatball subs, with a salad
- Spaghetti and Vegetables (new recipe) with garlic bread
- Crock Pot Pulled Pork sandwiches with coleslaw
- chicken BLT salads
