Meal planning is a great way to save money on groceries and you won't be standing in front of the fridge at 4pm, wondering what to make!
Happy Sunday!!! I am super happy to have had the weekend off. The kids and I went to a near by Ranch to enjoy their Halloween themed activities and pick some pumpkins. Queenie enjoyed the zip line, while Mr.B chickened out. We had fun petting and feeding sheep, goats, horses and chickens. Today, we aren't planning much. Maybe a trip to the Halloween store, since I have a 35% off coupon.
This week should be quiet, but we are gearing up to celebrate Thanksgiving next weekend. That's right, in Canada we celebrate Thanksgiving in October. I'll be working that weekend, but thankfully I have two amazing girlfriends who have decided to watch the kids and cook Thanksgiving dinner. I'll be making an apple pie and pumpkin pie for dessert, as my contribution.
Here is what I have planned for dinner this week. I'm carrying a few things over, that I didn't get to last week
